A Diploma about your qualifications in the German language
normally does not exempt you from participating in the entry test.
Exception:: Deutsches Sprachdiplom der Kultusministerkonferenz – Second
Level, acquired after 2008. |

Applicants for the T-Course must prove elementary knowledge of
Mathematics in an additional test. This test takes places on the same day as the
entry exam for German. |

Applicants for the W-Course and the G-Course must prove elementary knowledge
of English in an additional test. This test takes place about a week after the German
entry exam. |

In order to prapare sufficiently for the German entry exam you
need approx. 600 to 800 German lessons (Competence Level B1/B2 of the Common European
Framework for Languages). |

The German entry exam is divided into three parts: Grammatical
Structures, Reading Comprehension and Text Composition. The exam takes 90
minutes (without a break). |

Additional aids (e.g. dictionaries, grammar books, electronic
translation aids, formularies, calculators etc.) are not allowed in the entry
exam. |
